The Finance Board provides the Pastor with counsel and advice in regard to the Parish's financial condition and matters relating thereto. The Finance Board shall provide oversight of the financial management of the Parish. Major responsibilities of the Finance Board shall include review and approval of the Parish and School's annual budget; monthly financial statements; major expenditure requests as defined in internal procedures; and written financial internal controls and procedures for the temporal needs of the Parish.

Attendance at monthly board meetings typically lasts 2-3 hours on average.

The Production Team is responsible for streaming the Daily Rosary to our Facebook page, one weekend Mass to our YouTube channel and various liturgical ceremonies as requested (funerals, weddings, etc...).
Time & Training Required:
Training will involve shadowing an already-trained production team member as they live-stream. The time commitment is typically 1-5 hours per month depending on how often streaming service is requested.

About this Ministry:
As an Advisory Board, the Property Board is responsible for providing the Pastor with counsel and advice in regard to the Parish facilities maintenance condition and other property matters relating thereto. When requested by the Pastor or Administrative Staff, the Property Board shall provide guidance and recommendations related to property maintenance management, grounds maintenance, and expansion projects. Additionally the Property Board is responsible for the review and award recommendations of bids and proposals received. The members of the Property Board draw from their experience to make suggestions for repairs and improvements to the Parish facilities and properties. This is done through regular inspections of the properties, setting up schedules for maintenance, and making recommendations on the purchase of materials, supplies, improvements, and changes to the Parish property.

Attendance at board meetings and assistance with inspections and facility projects involves typically 2-10 hours per month.

The Safety & Security Committee serves as an Advisory Board to the Pastor, making suggestions to enhance the security within our facilities. The major responsibility of the Safety & Security Committee is to ensure safety at places of worship, giving the congregation peace of mind. They will also conduct risk assessments and make proposals for improvement to the Pastor.

Attendance at monthly board meetings is required and typically lasts 1-2 hours on average.
